Our Services

Whether personal or public, big or small, Cherryhill Works provides customized support for every kind of project.

We help individuals and families build historical narratives through memoir support, heirloom documentation, and research-based storytelling.

Services for Individuals and Families

  • We helped an individual catalogue meaningful family objects and heirlooms. Each item was photographed, described, and paired with a personal or historical story. Where possible, we provided research on the item’s origins, manufacturer, and time period, treating the items as cultural artifacts.

  • We supported a family in documenting the life of an elder relative in celebration of a major birthday. Using structured templates, they gathered memories and photos, which we shaped into a visual presentation and a professionally designed keepsake document.

  • An author writing a novel set in Roman Britain needed help verifying facts and timelines. We provided research assistance, fact-checking, and historical context to help ground the fictional story in accuracy and detail.

Services for Communities and Organizations

We provide support to community groups and organizations that need an extra pair of hands with time-consuming or complex research, archival, and editorial tasks.

  • We transformed a large volume of scattered partnership-related documents into a clear, navigable database. The project included reorganizing legacy files, developing cross-referencing capabilities, and improving search functionality for internal stakeholders.

  • We translated complex, evidence-based research into plain language materials for both print and digital use. This included reorganizing information hierarchically, enhancing visual clarity, and ensuring accessibility across platforms for a broad audience.

  • We scanned microfilm of 19th-century newspaper articles related to public parks as part of an archival project. The work involved handling historical materials and preparing them for digital access and indexing.
